The HYPRESS™ Y750HS Series and Y644HS Series. Ideal for the utility and electrical contractor and maintenance markets, the new High Speed HYPRESS™ tools are lightweight, fast, and easy to use.
The new HYPRESS Y750HS Series is a wide mouth, hand-operated, hydraulic tool with a 12 ton crimp force. The force provides easy tapping, splicing, and terminating of overhead lines. The light-weight, self contained Y750HS is ideal for a wide range of applications, and it is mated to a patented rapid advance pump for faster crimps. Additionally, it features a C-shaped head that rotates 355 degrees relative to the handle, providing easy tool removal from continuous conductors. This upgraded tool also has a rubber-covered head (the Y750-2HS) which provides tool impact protection as well as rubber handles for maximum comfort to ease the operator's fatigue during continuous use.
